At the end of the day, we are simply fanatics of good food. With a desire to be a connoisseur of barbecue, we started a food truck. Was it easy, no. But it was sure worth it! The ups and downs has helped us to refine our art. When asked “what style BBQ do you have?" Typically expected answer is one of the big 3, Memphis, Texas, Kansas City. Happy to say that’s not who we are, we like to think we have created our own style. A style we call “Showtime BBQ”
